About Us

Welcome to Mission Valley Physical Therapy

At MVPT, the focus is on providing personalized, effective rehabilitation services with an emphasis on education, individualized care, and fostering self-empowerment. Sessions range from 45 to 90 minutes with one dedicated therapist, ensuring undivided attention and a hands-on approach—no aides, assistants, or passive treatments like heating pads.

The practice is grounded in the belief that the body has a natural capacity for health and resilience. By removing barriers and introducing corrective actions, every individual can improve, regardless of the severity of their symptoms. Active participation in the treatment plan is encouraged, as even small steps can initiate recovery.

Patients are supported throughout the process, with collaborative decision-making that respects personal autonomy. The therapist provides guidance, honesty, and expertise while empowering patients to take responsibility for their healing journey.

“Keeping your body healthy is an expression of gratitude to the whole cosmos — the trees, the clouds, everything.” – Thich Naht Hahn

Testimonials

What patients have to say..
“I saw Lindsy for chronic low back and pelvic pain. She was incredibly welcoming, thorough, and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. I felt comfortable asking questions to increase my own knowledge of my body and noticed relief and relaxation in areas I’ve had issues with for years. I’d highly recommend Mission Valley Physical Therapy.”

"If you are looking for a specialist in pelvic floor health or a physical therapist with great communication, Lindsy is your woman. Her attention to detail and holistic approach make her an incredible health care provider and one of the best physical therapists I have ever worked with. Lindsy treated me as a whole person rather than having a narrow scope on the pelvic floor issues I was having. She changed my life and I cannot recommend her enough."
